If I could rate last week, it would be a 4. Its not that I feel I failed but rather that I know I can still improve a lot. My average blood sugar is definitely coming down but I still had a few lows and gorged on chocolate.
I also somehow put on 1.5kgs and took a half day off work to catch up on sleep!
So here we are, Monday morning again, eager and positive to progress even further in the right direction.
